I finished 2 portraits.. See the pug in my portrait gallery as well as the lab mix on my home page. I also finished a slate stone (see Rock gallery) , 2 new ornaments,  (a rabbit and a corgi) and a cat on a mini canvas (see more pet portrait gallery). I also just had knee surgery on May 21st.. I am healing from that but it will be a slow slow process.. Ugh.. I have many new paintings in the works.. So hopefully I will get pictures of them soon when I have them complete..

These tiny little canvases with easels have gotten to be quite popular already. I have one more in the works and receive many orders for more just yesterday. These tiny little creations are WONDERFUL to have on your desk at work.. In fact each person that has ordered one so far has stated that is where they are putting them :-) This one in particular was a gift for my clients boss.. I was told she LOVED it!!

Wiley is all finished!!! This one was quite challenging with all the different colors to his coat but the tedious brush strokes and countless hours really paid off in the end. This was a very fun portrait to paint. I am now currently working on his brother, Dash, a pit/lab mix. Pictures shall be coming soon.

This is my most recent ornament finished. This schnauzer passed away 8 years ago and was a dear friend and treasured pet of my clients. She was very happy with the ornament. Her other 2 Schnauzer's ornamnets were completed not too long ago. They are Ralph and Clancy.

I had planned n finishing it the beginning of April however I finished it and delivered it early!!!!! I completed the rock in the morning of march 30th and sent home with its new "owner" that day when thay came to pick Abby up from her twice weekly play date at my house! I was very pleased with the out come of the rock.. A friend of mine came over and walked into the kitchen to the sink.. The "Abby" rock 1/2 finished was sitting on the counter and she jumped thinking Abby the dog was on the counter... LOL.. I would have to say that is quite a compliment on what I was trying to accomplish with the rock..  It was my largest rock I have completed to date and the most life like rock I have completed to date!!!  I hope you all like it!!

The first of their kind!!  All of these are new ventures for me since I had never done a close up large painting of a cat face before now nor have I done spring themed ornaments either!!  I am very happy with the outcome of each piece as were my clients!! I have already been commissioned to paint another cat portrait for the same client which I will start posting here very soon. I am ow working on another ornament, another cat portrait and a life sized river rock of a clients beloved Shih Tzu named Abby!! It is turning out quite nice so far. Pictures are soon to come!! So needless to say I have been quite busy and am enjoying every minute of it!!!
